Charming small compote: a bronzed spelter putto stands with a curling dolphin and shell, supporting a pressed-glass bowl (diamond-point with starburst base) on a square alabaster plinth. Lovely mix of textures—leaf-banded metal base, crisp glass, creamy stone—great on a vanity for rings or on an entry table for keys/candy.

  • Period: late Victorian to Edwardian, c. 1890–1910

  • Materials: bronzed spelter figure, pressed glass bowl, alabaster base
