Furniture pieces are typically shipped within 7–21 days, depending on the customer’s location, the size of the piece, and the shipper’s route and schedule.
Shipping timelines are determined by the carrier’s availability and delivery route. Because of this, we are not able to guarantee specific arrival dates or delivery windows. The shipper will coordinate the delivery day and time directly with you once your piece is ready for delivery.

Shipping & Carrier Responsibility Policy
Loft of Echoes is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged while in the possession of the shipping carrier. Once an order has been released to the carrier, the package is under the carrier’s responsibility.
For your protection, all shipped packages include insurance. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, we are happy to assist by filing an insurance claim on your behalf. Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage, packaging, and any relevant carrier information so we can begin the claim process.
Insurance claims are subject to the carrier’s review, approval, and timeline. Refunds or compensation, when applicable, will be issued only after the claim has been approved and paid by the carrier.
